Governance
The Northcross Board
Northcross Christian School is a ministry of Ryde Baptist Church and is a member of Christian Schools Australia (CSA) and the Association of Independent Schools NSW (AIS).
Northcross is governed by a Board of Directors comprising of members of Ryde Baptist Church, the P&F President and a parent representative. The Board is responsible for the financial oversight and risk management of the school and to ensure that Northcross is meeting legal obligations.
The board sets the long-term strategic direction for the school and ensures that its mission and vision is defined and upheld. The commitment to delivering Christ-centred education that develops the whole child is at the heart of all its decisions.
The Principal is the nominated CEO of the school and is responsible for the day to day running and management of the school as directed and supported by the board.
